  • The Flight Training Advisor serves as a critical liaison between prospective trainees and the Skyborne Airline Academy. This role is responsible for guiding aspiring pilots through the admissions process, providing program information, evaluating student needs, and supporting enrolment. The Flight Training Advisor ensures students are well-informed and prepared to succeed at Skyborne Airline Academy. The Flight Training Advisor will be managing inbound enquiries; email, telephone, face-to-face and those generated through social media platforms.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective trainees.
    • Deliver enrolments against agreed KPI targets
    • Conduct informational sessions and one-on-one consultations to explain training programs, costs, financing options, and career outcomes.
    • Guide students through the application, finance options and enrolment process.
    • Follow up with leads generated through marketing channels, open days, and partner organizations.
    • Support at events across the US
    • Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage and track prospective student interactions, follow-ups, and conversion activities efficiently.
    • Achieve 100%+ of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and enrolment targets aligned with Skyborne’s budget and growth plan.
    • Increase lead-to-enrolment conversion rates by targeted percentage benchmarks (e.g., +10–15% YoY improvement).
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, achieving top-tier satisfaction metrics and supporting high NPS performance (target: >70)
    • Provide real-time feedback on market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product opportunities that influence program performance and enrolment outcomes.
    • Ensure first stage payments are received, requiring close liaison with finance personnel.

    Requirements

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive improvements.
    • Minimum of two (2) years’ success in a KPI-driven sales environment with demonstrable results.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred OR five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in sales or customer acquisition.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, goal-oriented team.
    • Great communication, interpersonal, skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, improve conversion metrics, and enhance customer experience.
    • Build long-term relationships that generate referral leads, repeat engagement, and improved brand advocacy.
    • Successful completion of drug screening, background check, and TSA badging (if required for the role).
    • Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a dynamic and evolving training or educational setting.

    Geographical Coverage

    • Vero Beach Airport, FL, US
    • Some national travel as required to support promotional events.
    • 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday with occasional weekend cover for events.
